The only temptations that you have are the same temptations that all people have. But you can trust God. He will not let you be tempted more than you can bear. But when you are tempted, God will also give you a way to escape that temptation. Then you will be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 ERV:

Paul is warning the Corinthian church about idolatry and urging them to learn from Israel’s failures; this verse reassures believers that temptations are not unique and that God provides faithful help and an escape route. God is faithful and does not allow more temptation than you can bear. When you feel pressed, remember that temptation is common to humanity and that God provides a way out, not always by removing the trial, but by giving strength and an escape route you can take. Stay alert to small choices that lead away from sin, lean on prayer and Scripture, and trust that endurance builds deeper faith.

Dear Lord Jesus, give me strength and clear eyes to see the way out when temptation comes. Help me rely on Your faithfulness, choose what honors You, and stand firm until the trial passes. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Mighty Precious Name Lord Jesus Amen.
