After I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back. Then I will take you with me, so that you can be where I am. John 14:3 ERV:

This verse reminds us that this world is not our final home. Jesus Himself promised that He is preparing a place for those who belong to Him, and one day He will come again to receive them. It is easy to become too earth-bound and focused on temporary things, but our hope is in the everlasting home Christ has prepared. The Lord lovingly invites all who come to Him in faith. As He says, “The one who comes to Me I will never cast out.” If you recognize your need for Him and trust Him with your life, you can be sure of His promise and look forward to being with Him forever.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, thank You for preparing a place for me and for the promise that You will come again. Help me keep my heart focused on You and not become too attached to the things of this world. I acknowledge my need for You and trust in Your saving grace. Fill me with hope, peace, and confidence in Your promises. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Mighty Precious Name Amen and Amen.
