We pray that the Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father will comfort you and strengthen you in every good thing you do and say. God loved us and gave us through his grace a wonderful hope and comfort that has no end. 2 Thessalonians 2:16–17 ERV

Paul reminds weary believers that encouragement and strength come from the Lord Himself. Jesus gives “eternal comfort,” not the temporary kind the world offers. God comforts and strengthens you in every good work and word. When life feels unstable or discouraging, God’s love steadies our hearts, and His grace strengthens our steps. These verses call us to rest in the truth that God is actively comforting, establishing, and guiding us. He doesn’t simply command endurance, He supplies it. Whatever you face today, His comfort is present, and His strength is enough. An explicit prayer that God would encourage and strengthen believers in righteous living.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, encourage my heart with Your steady love. Strengthen me to stand firm and do what is good. Let Your grace quiet my worries and Your comfort guide my steps. Hold me steady in every challenge. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Mighty Precious Name Jesus Amen.
