Philippians 4:13 (KJV)

“I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me.”

Not self‑confidence, but Christ‑confidence. There is a holy steadiness in these words. Paul wasn’t boasting in his own ability, he was declaring his dependence. This verse is not about pushing yourself harder, or pretending you’re strong when you feel worn thin. It’s about leaning into the strength that never runs out. Christ-confidence means: You don’t have to be enough! He is. You don’t have to hold everything together, He does. You don’t have to walk in your own power, His power carries you. When life demands more than you feel you have, when people expect more than you can give, when your own heart whispers, “I can’t do this,” Christ answers, “You don’t have to, I will strengthen you.” This is not a call to strive. It is an invitation to rest in the One who empowers you.

Father God, praise You and thank You for being my strength when I feel weak, my courage when I feel unsure, my confidence when I feel small. Teach me to lean on You instead of myself. Let Your power rise where my ability ends. Fill me with Christ‑confidence, steady, humble, and rooted in Your presence. Strengthen my hands, my heart, and my steps today. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
