A Time for Everything.
There is a time for everything,
And a season for every activity under the heavens:
A time to be born and a time to die,
A time to plant and a time to uproot,
A time to kill and a time to heal,
A time to tear down and a time to build,
A time to weep and a time to laugh,
A time to mourn and a time to dance,
A time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, A time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
A time to search and a time to give up,
A time to keep and a time to throw away,
A time to tear and a time to mend,
A time to be silent and a time to speak,
A time to love and a time to hate,
A time for war and a time for peace.
What do workers gain from their toil? I have seen the burden God has laid on the human race. He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end. I know that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to do good while they live. That each of them may eat and drink, and find satisfaction in all their toil—this is the gift of God. I know that everything God does will endure forever; nothing can be added to it and nothing taken from it. God does it so that people will fear him. Whatever is has already been, and what will be has been before; and God will call the past to account. And I saw something else under the sun: In the place of judgment—wickedness was there, in the place of justice—wickedness was there. I said to myself, “God will bring into judgment both the righteous and the wicked for there will be a time for every activity, a time to judge every deed.” I also said to myself, “As for humans, God tests them so that they may see that they are like the animals. Surely the fate of human beings is like that of the animals; the same fate awaits them both: As one dies, so dies the other. All have the same breath; humans have no advantage over animals. Everything is meaningless. All go to the same place; all come from dust, and to dust all return. Who knows if the human spirit rises upward and if the spirit of the animal goes down into the earth?” So I saw that there is nothing better for a person than to enjoy their work, because that is their lot. For who can bring them to see what will happen after them?
A reminder that God values and designs us, affirming intrinsic worth and beauty because we are God’s workmanship.
Psalm 139:13–14 Easy: You made every part of me. You made me grow inside my mother before I was born. I thank you for the wonderful way that you have made me. Everything that you do is wonderful! I know it is true.
Father, thank You for knitting me together and for making me fearfully and wonderfully; help me to see Your hand in every part of my life. Fill me with gratitude, strengthen my heart to live in Your truth, and guide my steps so I may honor the gift of who I am. Amen.
Grace and beauty can fool you, but a woman who respects the Lord should be praised. Proverbs 31:30 Easy:
Father God, help me see and cultivate the beauty You value, gentleness, humility, and a heart that trusts You. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

It is not fancy hair, gold jewelry, or fine clothes that should make you beautiful. No, your beauty should come from inside you, the beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit. That beauty will never disappear. It is worth very much to God. 1 Peter 3:3-4 Easy
These verses contrast outward adornment with inward character. The passage emphasizes that true beauty is a gentle and quiet spirit, a calm, humble, and God‑centered heart, rather than temporary things like hairstyles, jewelry, or clothing. The verse says this inner beauty endures and is highly valued by God.
Father God, help me grow a gentle and quiet spirit. Teach me humility, patience, and love so my life reflects what truly matters. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

In therapy and healing, we often feel like we’re “starting over.” But as the saying goes, you aren’t starting from scratch; you’re starting from experience. Be patient with yourself. Healing is a quiet, radical act of rebellion against the things that tried to break you.
Healing can feel like you’ve been dropped back at the beginning, but God knows better. You are not starting over, you are starting from experience. Every boundary learned, every truth faced, every moment you chose to keep breathing has become wisdom in your hands. Healing is not weakness; it is a quiet, holy defiance against the things that tried to break you. God meets you in the process, lighting each step and strengthening what once felt fragile. You are rebuilding with knowledge you didn’t have before, and grace is guiding you forward.
Psalm 18:28 (KJV) For thou wilt light my candle: the Lord my God will enlighten my darkness.
Father God, remind me that I am not beginning again empty‑handed. Shine Your light on the places I’m still learning to heal. Give me patience with my process, courage to keep moving, and the grace to see how far You’ve already carried me. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

Psalm 40:1-3: I waited patiently for the Lord; he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand.
These verses celebrate God’s rescue: the psalmist waits, is heard, is lifted from danger, and is given a new song of praise, a movement from distress to secure praise that invites others to trust God. David uses vivid rescue imagery: waiting patiently signals steadfast trust; God inclining and hearing shows divine attentiveness; the slimy pit and mire picture helplessness and danger; being set on a rock means stability and safety. These images are commonly read as David’s testimony of deliverance and as a model of how God responds to faithful waiting.
A young musician receives a divine touch from an ethereal figure above him. David is depicted as a young musician who used his musical gift in royal service and worship. The biblical narrative and later Jewish tradition both describe him playing a stringed instrument (often translated kinor or lyre/harp) and composing many of the Psalms.
Father God, I wait on You. Hear my cry; lift me from what traps me; set my feet on solid ground and give me a new song of praise, that others may see and trust You. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
She will bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.”
Matthew 1:21 easy
This announcement frames Jesus’ birth not only as a miracle but as the declaration of his purpose: to bring salvation. The name Jesus (Yeshua) itself signals that mission, God’s deliverance made personal and present.
Father God, thank You for sending Jesus, our Savior. Help me receive Your forgiveness, live in the freedom You give, and share Your hope with others. Love You, thank You, mpraise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
Always be filled with joy in the Lord. I will say it again. Be filled with joy. Philippians 4:4 Easy
Rejoice in the Lord always is both a command and an invitation: not to fake happiness, but to root your heart in the unchanging goodness of God so joy becomes your steady response, even amid trouble. Practicing rejoicing shifts your focus from circumstances to Christ’s presence, trains your mind to remember his faithfulness, and opens you to the peace that follows. Let this verse shape your day by turning small worries into moments of praise and by choosing gratitude as a spiritual discipline.
Father God, praise You and thank You for the joy You give that does not depend on my circumstances. Help me to rejoice in You today, to keep my heart gentle and my mind fixed on Your goodness. Fill us with Your presence, replace anxiety with praise, and let Your peace guard our hearts. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

Psalm 34 invites us to praise God continually for his deliverance and goodness, to seek him with humility, and to trust that he hears and protects those who fear him. It calls us to taste and see the Lord’s goodness, to turn from evil, and to live in reverent dependence on God’s care and rescue.
Psalm 34 Easy: I will always praise the Lord. All the time I will sing to praise him. I will boast that the Lord is great! I want weak people to hear that. I want them to be happy! Join with me to tell people that the Lord is great! Together we will make his name famous. I asked the Lord to help me, and he answered me. He saved me from everything that made me afraid.People who trust the Lord to help them will be very happy. Their faces will be bright, and they will not be ashamed.I was weak and helpless, so I called out to the Lord. The Lord heard me. He saved me from all my troubles. The Lord’s angel is very near to people who respect and obey the Lord. He keeps them safe from danger. Taste and see that the Lord is good! God blesses people who turn to him to keep them safe. All you people who belong to the Lord, continue to obey him. People who respect the Lord will have the things that they need.Even young lions may not have food, so that they become hungry. But people who trust the Lord for help will receive every good thing that they need. Children, come and listen to me! I will teach you how to respect the Lord.Do you want to live a good life? Do you want your life to be long and happy? If so, do not speak any evil words. Do not tell lies to deceive people. Do good things instead of evil things. Try to bring peace into people’s lives. The Lord watches over righteous people. He hears them when they call to him for help. But the Lord turns against people who do evil things. He causes everybody to forget that they ever lived. The Lord hears his righteous people when they call for help. He saves them from all their troubles. When people are upset, the Lord is near to them. He saves those who feel very weak and upset. Righteous people may often have troubles, but the Lord saves them from every danger. The Lord keeps them safe. Not even one of their bones is broken!Evil things will return to kill wicked people. Whoever hates God’s own people will receive punishment. The Lord saves the lives of his servants. Everyone who trusts the Lord to keep them safe will not receive punishment as a guilty person.
Father God, thank You and praise You for rescuing me and for the many ways You show Your goodness. Help me to praise You at all times, to seek You with a humble heart, and to trust Your protection when I am afraid. Teach me to taste Your goodness and to walk away from what harms me. Keep me close, hear my cries, and surround me with Your peace. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
Psalm 23 paints God as a faithful Shepherd who provides everything we need, leads us to rest, and gives us strength and right direction. The psalm reminds us that even in the darkest valleys we need not fear because God is with us, protecting and guiding us. It ends with a confident promise of God’s continual goodness and a life lived in his presence.
Psalm 23 Easy: The Lord takes care of me, like a shepherd with his sheep. I have everything that I need. He takes me to green fields where I can rest. He leads me to streams of water where I can drink. He gives me new strength in my life. He is my guide to the right paths. He does this to give Honor to his name. I may walk through a valley that is as dark as death. But I will not be afraid of any danger. This is because you are with me, Lord. Your stick and your shepherd’s pole protect me from danger. You prepare a big meal for me while my enemies watch. You put olive oil on my head. You bless me so much that my cup is completely full. I am sure that you will always be good to me. You will love me all the days of my life. That will never change. I will live in the Lord’s house for as long as I live.
Father God, thank You and praise You for guiding me to green fields and quiet waters and for giving me strength when I am weak. Help me trust Your presence in the dark valleys and to rest in Your protection. Fill me with Your blessing and let Your goodness and love follow me every day. Keep me close to You and help me live in Your house all my days. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
