Numbers 14:31 ERV: You were afraid and complained that your enemies in that new land would take your children away from you. But I tell you that I will bring them into the land. They will enjoy what you refused to accept.

In this verse the Israelites feared that their children would become victims, but God promised to bring those very children safely into the land their parents had rejected. Their fear made them doubt His protection, yet God remained faithful. Sometimes fear makes us question God’s goodness and imagine the worst. We may forget how many times He has already carried us through. Doubt sees danger, but faith remembers that God is still good, still faithful, and still able to fulfill His promises.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, forgive me when fear causes me to doubt Your goodness. Help me trust Your promises even when I cannot see the way ahead. Remind me that You are faithful to me and to my children. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Mighty Precious Name Lord Jesus Amen.
