Teach children in a way that fits their needs, and even when they are old, they will not leave the right path. Proverbs 22:6 ERV:
This verse reminds us that the spiritual foundation planted in a child’s heart can remain even through a season of wandering. It is a wisdom principle, not a guarantee, so parents can keep praying without blaming themselves. “Teach your children about Jesus. Pray with them, take them to church, and help them know God and the Holy Spirit. They may wander for a season, but the seeds of faith planted in their hearts can lead them home to Jesus, the One who has always loved them.” Some parents give their children all the material things of this life that don’t last except for a Christian home. Lead your child to Christ. Take your child to church with you, you will not be disappointed.
Father God, protect our children and keep drawing their hearts toward You. Let the seeds of faith planted within them grow strong. If they wander, guide them safely back to Jesus. Fill them with the Holy Spirit, give them wisdom, and remind them that Your love never gives up on them like people will. Bless them and keep a hedge of angels around them for guidance and protection in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory Amen.
