Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good afternoon. I have a heavy heart as you know. You are my advocate, my friend, my Father my everything. You see what goes on with me everyday, every moment and you know my heart. You remember when in 2006 I was outside as they was tearing our trees down and I called the police because You gave us that land to take care of and those men had no rights removing Your trees. Then You was there when Donald Ray Canter told me that I was picking his weeds, and I signed said no I was picking my weeds that You gave me to take care of. He said he just bought our property and I signed and said no he didn’t and he said he had a survey. Remember God I signed and said I have a survey. Donald Ray Canter said show him. So I rode my wheelchair in the house and got the survey with Walter and Mary’s name on it and I made him a copy. Plus, I grabbed my talker so to say he had no squatters’ rights. As Donald Ray Canter was leaving he asked me if my husband was dead. I said with my talker, no if he was that he had no squatters’ rights. Well Donald Ray Canter put ours and our other two neighbors’ property one side of Hope Rd on his daddy’s property Donald Regan Canter trustee. After the two signed contracts to steal our property’s as you know. Father, You have helped me do the research and we found out that Jennifer Robertson bought 0.215 acre on Hope Rd March 11, 2011. Then March 25, 2011, Jennifer Robertson (No Relation) added both sides of Hope Rd to her already done contract to steal both sides of Hope rd, neighboring property. Her Husband Keith Robertson did a durable POA to seal the stolen property. Then in June 21, 2013They sold the property including the stolen property to The D.R. Center Family Living Trust aka Donald Ray Canter 2510 Northline Conroe, Texas 77314.Still still connected to 1025 Hope Rd. Property. An this is where they still fraudulently stealing land and it is all connected to 1025 Hope Rd. Which was not placed on the MCAD at all till place in HOPE HOME HOLDINGS LLC July 10, 2023 to secure their fraud. Which Hope Home Holdings LLC Donald Reagan Canter is director of! By the way: DRMC Holdings LLC stand for Donald Ray Canter Michelle Canter Holdings LLC. This isn’t just Written Survey Fraud—it’s far worse. They’ve deliberately avoided paying property taxes, while ‘paper’ residing on land that legally belongs to their neighbors. This isn’t a case of squatter’s rights. It’s theft by deception and blatant tax fraud. We, the surrounding neighbors, are the real victims here. Their actions have caused deep financial harm, especially to one neighbor who is grieving the loss of a parent and brother and now faces economic hardship because of this injustice. Their behavior isn’t just unethical—it’s deeply cruel. Plus our son Walter Joseph Robertson Jr. 3/24 and his mother passed away 2/23 so they think that it was my husband and His ex-wife who passed and they took advantage of putting one side on the MCAD so they can pay taxes finally on the property they stole. Just one side. The other side is still on the Montgomery Clerks Office Recorded. I’ve done the research and sent letters to all the neighbors—except 1025 Hope Rd, because based on the evidence, they appear to be the ones orchestrating this theft. On September 23, 2023, they manipulated the records to remove 0.215 acres from the public record, even though they already hold 215 acres, which is clearly documented. I believe Donald Ray Canter—operating through DRMC LLC, Hope Home Holdings, and under the name Donald Reagan Canter—is behind this. The surveys used to justify these changes are filed only with the Montgomery County Clerk’s office and lack any certification from a licensed surveyor. That alone raises serious red flags. To make matters worse, DRMC LLC’s 0.215 acres is listed with the Tax Office at just $1.72 for 2025. That’s not just suspicious—it’s insulting to every rightful landowner in this community. Father God, we have been to 3 attorneys, done all the foot work together and now OHM SPRINGS, INC has bought our neighbors property and recorded the documents already via our research. The other day they surveyed our neighbor’s property and added our property to theirs. They surveyed as it is on the MCAD so that our property does not show. But our property is listed with the Montgomery Appraisal District and we have paid our taxes up to date. But no one cares that this guy has committed fraud and stolen from us. Everyone I have tried to get to help push it as squatters’ rights. It is not squatters’ rights because this guy has not paid our taxes. It is orchestrated Fraud. Protect our family and property from further harm and help us forgive without enabling injustice. I was told to make this public because it’s weighing heavily on my heart. No one should have to endure the heartache of being unable to run a business or a church, or feel unsafe on the property they purchased for security and peace of mind. Everyone deserves to feel secure in their surroundings, not belittled or afraid. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Precious Name Amen.
