Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory for this new day to thank You that I as a elder woman, mother can guide others in the way they should go. A child can not learn without a mother’s or Father’s teaching or nurturing love. “But as for you, teach what accords with sound doctrine. Older men are to be sober-minded, dignified, self-controlled, sound in faith, in love, and in steadfastness. Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled. Titus 2:1-5” Your first purpose for creating man and woman and joining them in marriage was to mirror Your image on earth. I will center my attention on those words, mirror the Lord Jesus’s image. The Hebrew word for “mirror” means to reflect God, to magnify, exalt, and glorify Him. Take a piece of glass and use silver paint on one side then view yourself in the mirror and see the beautiful creation He has made. Your marriage or unity with others, love thy neighbor should reflect and mirror God’s image to a world that desperately needs to see who He is. Amen!
