Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. Thank you for this new day called life. Father, today I trust you to be my rock, my fortress, my deliverer, my shield, my strength, my salvation, and my stronghold. Lord your way is perfect. You are worthy of honor, glory, and praise Jesus! Amen.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus good morning. Father, I thank you for the people you have placed in my life. Fellow volunteers, family, friends, and neighbors. Admittedly, sometimes they are hard to love. Even so, help me to love them well. Thank you for how you are growing me and challenging me in my relationships. Bring me opportunities today to make a difference in someone’s life with your power. Thank you, praise, and give you all the honor and glory Jesus. Amen.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, thank you for this new day. Thank you for life. Father, some days I feel weighed down by the routine. Help me now to rejoice in your presence. Thank you, praise and give you all the glory Jesus. Amen.

But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee. For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield. Psalms 5:11-12

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, thank you for this new day. Father, I know you will walk with me through this day. I pray that you will keep me alert to Satan’s clever attacks and help me to conquer him. Thank you, praise, and give you all the honor and glory Jesus. Amen.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus thank you for this beautiful morning. Father, help me remember that I can get through anything that happens today because you are with me. Whenever I feel afraid, I will trust you. You are my strength and the song I will sing throughout this day. Thank you, praise, and give you all the glory and honor of Jesus. Amen.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus thank you for this new day. Father, I will be with many of my Christian friends this weekend. It will be great to see them and have fun. But, it will be even better to see you. I am humbled by you and confident in you. With you there is no pretense about who I really am; you know me better than I know myself. Despite my flaws, use me for your purpose. I thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory Jesus. Amen.
