“Prayer”

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day to forgive and live. Father God, sometimes I get upset for no reason. My thoughts are anxious and my heart is disquieted. Help me to choose prayer over worry and to experience your peace that passes all understanding, in the midst of uncertainty. As you work out your will in my life, help me to accept your good gifts in whatever packages they look like. I thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory! Lord Jesus. Amen.

Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. Romans 8:26-27

“Prayer”

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day to breathe, and breathe out my words from my heart. Lord Jesus, how ungrateful of me to judge my outward appearance and worth. I know that I am so much more to you than a lump of aging clay. Thank you for precious life and for the gifts of wisdom, decernment and for curiosity. Thank you for your peace that pass’s all understanding and for your everlasting love. I thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory Lord Jesus. Amen.

And all the trees of the field shall know that I the LORD have brought down the high tree, have exalted the low tree, have dried up the green tree, and have made the dry tree to flourish: I the LORD have spoken and have done it.
Ezekiel 17:24

“Prayer”

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day to live. Father God, I praise and thank you, for you have done great things for me, and others, and we are filled with joy. Thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory Lord Jesus. Amen.

When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream. Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for them. The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad. Turn again our captivity, O LORD, as the streams in the south. They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.
Psalm 126

“Prayer”

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day. Thank you that you are with me in the stormy times, as well as the sunny times. Thank you for others, Lord Jesus. I couldn’t have known or dreamed of how they would enrich my life and allow me to see the world through innocent eyes. I pray that you use each of their precious lives for your service. I thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory, Lord Jesus. Amen

Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: Philippians 1:6

“Prayer”

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day. Father God, you know my holiness. Shall I deny your knowledge, and believe in what your knowledge makes impossible? Shall I accept as true what you proclaim as false? Or shall I take Your Word for what I am, since You are my Creator, and the one who knows the true condition of His Child? Lord Jesus, thank you for Your repentance, forgiveness and guiding me to yourself. I thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory Lord Jesus. Amen

He that covered his sins shall not prosper but whoso confesses and forsakes them shall have mercy. “

Proverbs 28:13

But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice let them ever shout for joy, because thou defend them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.
Psalm 5:11

“Prayer”

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day to live life to the fullest. Thank you for always blessing us in many ways that even we don’t see that you are working everything for our good. Father God, it is good to praise Your name. Let me always be ready to tell others about who you are and all that you do. Sustain me as I work for justice and do what is right. Let the world come to know you in spirit and in truth. Bless all those who bless and glorify your name, so that everyone will praise your name. I thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory, Lord Jesus. Amen.

Praise ye the LORD. O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endured for ever. Who can utter the mighty acts of the LORD? Who can shew forth all his praise? Blessed are they that keep judgment, and he that doeth righteousness at all times. Remember me, O LORD, with the favour that thou bearest unto thy people: O visit me with thy salvation;
That I may see the good of thy chosen, that I may rejoice in the gladness of thy nation, that I may glory with thine inheritance.
Psalm 106:1-5

“Prayer”

Dear blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day. Lord Jesus may learning be a joy rather than a chore. May exploration of new ideas bring a sense of wonder, awe, excitement and ability to concentrate on the task at hand. Father God, thank you for the examples I see around me of your devotion and love echoed in the love and care we have of others. May I always come to you without hesitation. Thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory Lord Jesus. Amen.

Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment.
And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.
Matthew 22:37-39

“Prayer”

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day. Thank you, Father God, that you know every thought and count even the gray hairs on my head and that my name is important to you, and that you continue to have a place for me. I thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory, Lord Jesus. Amen.

Thus hath the Lord dealt with me in the days wherein he looked on me, to take away my reproach among men.
Luke 1:25

“Prayer”

What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he finds it? And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing. And when he cometh home, he calleth together his friends and Neighbours, saying unto them, rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost. I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance. Either what woman having ten pieces of silver, if she loses one piece, doth not light a candle, and sweep the house, and seek diligently till she finds it? And when she hath found it, she calleth her friends and her neighbors together, saying, rejoice with me; for I have found the piece which I had lost. Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day. Lord Jesus, help me to look for the lost and lonely in my life. Let me reach out to others who need encouragement and a friend, the way Father You, the Good Shepherd, reach out to me. I thank you, praise and give you all he honor and glory Lord Jesus. Amen.

“Prayer”

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning.
I love you and thank you for this new day. Father God, I praise you for sharing my humanity. I thank you for the sacrifice you made that I may live. Thank you for full-filling every promise you have made, even those made generations ago. Lord Jesus, I see your love in everything! I ask for the will to faithfully and gratefully serve you through this day and all my days. Thank you for always being here. I thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory Lord Jesus. Amen.

Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; for he hath visited and redeemed his people, And hath raised up an horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David; As he spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been since the world began: That we should be saved from our enemies, and from the hand of all that hate us; To perform the mercy promised to our fathers, and to remember his holy covenant; The oath which he swore to our father Abraham, That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve him without fear, In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life.
Luke 1:68-75
