I thank You for the ministries of both Peter and Paul and the careful way You have used their teachings to guide us all into truth. I thank You that we are not restricted with the Jewish legal system with its numerous rituals and regulation. I thank You and praise You that by Your grace, Jew and Gentile have been united together in the mystical Body of Jesus Christ and are one in Him. That Jesus will be the blessed miracle of forgiveness of sins in all lives. May we share the gospel of grace with lost sinners so they will turn to You for Your greater praise, honor and glory. I thank You that the day is coming when the gospel of the kingdom will once again be preached throughout the world and Jesus will return to set up His kingdom on earth. I realize that adding anything to the simple message of salvation by grace through faith, is an offense to You, and a reduced worth of Jesus Christ’s finished work on the cross. Give me the wisdom to discern when dependence on moral law rather than on personal religious faith are teaching another gospel that is not of Jesus Christ. Expose any false teaching and prevent me from being influenced away from the truth of the glorious gospel of grace in Christ. Thank You for the sacrifice Jesus made on my behalf and others.
