"Prayer to Care"

Category Archives: Ecclesiastes 3:1-22 NIV

A Time for Everything.
There is a time for everything,
And a season for every activity under the heavens:
A time to be born and a time to die,
A time to plant and a time to uproot,
A time to kill and a time to heal,
A time to tear down and a time to build,
A time to weep and a time to laugh,
A time to mourn and a time to dance,
A time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, A time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
A time to search and a time to give up,
A time to keep and a time to throw away,
A time to tear and a time to mend,
A time to be silent and a time to speak,
A time to love and a time to hate,
A time for war and a time for peace.
What do workers gain from their toil? I have seen the burden God has laid on the human race. He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end. I know that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to do good while they live. That each of them may eat and drink, and find satisfaction in all their toil—this is the gift of God. I know that everything God does will endure forever; nothing can be added to it and nothing taken from it. God does it so that people will fear him. Whatever is has already been, and what will be has been before; and God will call the past to account. And I saw something else under the sun: In the place of judgment—wickedness was there, in the place of justice—wickedness was there. I said to myself, “God will bring into judgment both the righteous and the wicked for there will be a time for every activity, a time to judge every deed.” I also said to myself, “As for humans, God tests them so that they may see that they are like the animals. Surely the fate of human beings is like that of the animals; the same fate awaits them both: As one dies, so dies the other. All have the same breath; humans have no advantage over animals. Everything is meaningless. All go to the same place; all come from dust, and to dust all return. Who knows if the human spirit rises upward and if the spirit of the animal goes down into the earth?” So I saw that there is nothing better for a person than to enjoy their work, because that is their lot. For who can bring them to see what will happen after them?

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day. Lord Jesus, for all those that need some form of healing in their life, let them no that their trials and tribulations are biodegradable, when they turn fully to you. Believe, your love changes everything for the good. It’s humbling to realize we have the opportunity to exert a godly influence on others. Give us the wisdom and discretion to be a good example in both word and deed. I thank you for all your help Father God. I thank you, praise and give You all the honor and glory Lord Jesus. Amen.

Give ear, O my people, to my law: incline your ears to the words of my mouth. I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old: Which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us. We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done. For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children: That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children: That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments:

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day. Father God, heal broken marriages, hearts and give them your power to do what is right in your sight. I thank you for the freedom you’ve given to make choices. I cherish that freedom and desire to use it in ways that are consistent with your plan and purpose for my life and others. I know that your plan is designed to keep us safe from harm and bring fulfillment and success in all we do. Continue to teach me to use my freedom in ways that are pleasing to you. I thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory Lord Jesus. Amen.

Build ye houses, and dwell in them; and plant gardens, and eat the fruit of them; Take ye wives and beget sons and daughters; and take wives for your sons, and give your daughters to husbands, that they may bear sons and daughters; that ye may be increased there, and not diminished. And seek the peace of the city whither I have caused you to be carried away captives and pray unto the LORD for it: for in the peace thereof shall ye have peace. For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Let not your prophets and your diviners, that be in the midst of you, deceive you, neither hearken to your dreams which ye cause to be dreamed. For they prophesy falsely unto you in my name: I have not sent them, saith the LORD. For thus saith the LORD, that after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day. Father God, I pray for all those who need some kind of miracle in their life today. I get it! I comprehend! You don’t just give us blessings beyond our wildest imaginations, you lavish them on us. You, “spoil us rotten” thank you for believing in us. My mind and heart can’t even put in words how grateful I am. I thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory Lord Jesus. Amen.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence; Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself: That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him: Ephesians 1:3-10

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day to really live for a purpose. Father God, make me a sensitive friend. Tug on my spirit with a call for restraint if I ever step over the line of what is gracious and appropriate. Give me eyes to see beyond what I think and open my heart to hear what you would have me say and do. I thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory Lord Jesus. Amen.

To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace. What profit hath he that worketh in that wherein he laboreth?

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day. I pray for others as unique individual’s, help them to appreciate their talents, and to enjoy their individuality, and not to let things or others control them and keep them from you Father God. Father God, I am at peace knowing that You are by my side, knowing that you notice the details of my life: each word, each step, each move I make, and you treasure me just as I am. It is both daunting to know I cannot escape from your love. Keep me close to you, Lord Jesus and be my guide. I thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory Lord Jesus. Amen.

O LORD, thou hast searched me, and known me. Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off. Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether. Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it. Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day. Father God, I pray for those who are hurting or just need your Spiritual guidance. Embrace them with your love, grace and mercy that they may know it is you that has been there for them all along. Father God, while I’m living my day-to-day life, help me to keep my ears open and my gifts at the ready for you. I thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory precious Lord Jesus. Amen.

This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptations. For therefore we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe. These things command and teach. Let no man despise thy youth; but he thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery. Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all. Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day to really live in a true way that pleases you. Thank you for this life you have given me. Father God, help us to give our fears, and anxieties and give ourselves fully to you. Help us to speak to others in a way that will help them to see you. I thank you, praise and give you all the honor in glory Lord Jesus. Amen.

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

And she said, Oh my lord, as thy soul liveth, my lord, I am the woman that stood by thee here, praying unto the LORD. For this child I prayed; and the LORD hath given me my petition which I asked of him: Therefore, also I have lent him to the LORD as long as he liveth he shall be lent to the LORD. And he worshipped the LORD there.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you, for this new day. I pray for others today, that you may heal, comfort and strengthen them, keeping your angels surrounding them with your protection. Bless them as they walk with you Lord. Father God, You are the Great Physician. Only you see and know which attitudes and thought patterns need surgery. Only you know exactly how heart patterns need surgery. Only you know exactly how hearts need renewing and softening. Thank you for the precision of the surgery you accomplish with your Word and with your Holy presence. I thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory Lord Jesus. Amen.

Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them. And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God.
Ezekiel 36:25-28
