"Prayer to Care"

Category Archives: Ecclesiastes 3:1-22 NIV

A Time for Everything.
There is a time for everything,
And a season for every activity under the heavens:
A time to be born and a time to die,
A time to plant and a time to uproot,
A time to kill and a time to heal,
A time to tear down and a time to build,
A time to weep and a time to laugh,
A time to mourn and a time to dance,
A time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, A time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
A time to search and a time to give up,
A time to keep and a time to throw away,
A time to tear and a time to mend,
A time to be silent and a time to speak,
A time to love and a time to hate,
A time for war and a time for peace.
What do workers gain from their toil? I have seen the burden God has laid on the human race. He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end. I know that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to do good while they live. That each of them may eat and drink, and find satisfaction in all their toil—this is the gift of God. I know that everything God does will endure forever; nothing can be added to it and nothing taken from it. God does it so that people will fear him. Whatever is has already been, and what will be has been before; and God will call the past to account. And I saw something else under the sun: In the place of judgment—wickedness was there, in the place of justice—wickedness was there. I said to myself, “God will bring into judgment both the righteous and the wicked for there will be a time for every activity, a time to judge every deed.” I also said to myself, “As for humans, God tests them so that they may see that they are like the animals. Surely the fate of human beings is like that of the animals; the same fate awaits them both: As one dies, so dies the other. All have the same breath; humans have no advantage over animals. Everything is meaningless. All go to the same place; all come from dust, and to dust all return. Who knows if the human spirit rises upward and if the spirit of the animal goes down into the earth?” So I saw that there is nothing better for a person than to enjoy their work, because that is their lot. For who can bring them to see what will happen after them?

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory for this new day. Thank You for this new day Abba Father and for You are my gift of righteousness. {For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!” Romans 8:15} I thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Precious Name Lord Jesus Amen.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory for this new day. I thank You and praise You for Your Word which guides me through life and directs my path. I thank You and praise You for being the Good Shepherd of the sheep and my guiding Light in this darkened cold hearted world. I believe that I may daily take up my cross and follow You lord Jesus. Help me harness my heart and life to You each day, for Your yoke is easy, His burden is light, {Matthew 11:30} and in You there is rest for my soul. I thank You and praise You that I have not been left to bear my problems and pain of life alone. I believe You will use me, to point others who are distressed and burdened with sin to You, and keep me low at the Cross and broken before You. I thank You, praise You and give You all the glory in Your Precious Name Jesus Amen.

You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you. Anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him.
Romans 8:9

And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” They answered him, “We are offspring of Abraham and have never been enslaved to anyone. How is it that you say, ‘You will become free’?” Jesus answered them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who commits sin is a slave to sin. The slave does not remain in the house forever; the son remains forever. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.
John 8:32-36

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning . I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory for this new day to thank You that my sins have been forgiven. There is no condemnation to those that are in Christ Jesus. I confess that there are times when I have been critical of others, forgetting that my own sins were scarlet, but by Your grace have been washed white as snow. Lord, I want to live a life that is pleasing to You. I believe that Your new-life within me, may display the grace and love of the Lord Jesus towards others, in the same way that You show Your grace and love towards me. I thank You, Praise You and give You all the glory in Your Precious Name Jesus Amen.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory for this new day. I know that my strength can only be found in Jesus Christ. Help me I believe, to trust in a way understood in the power that I can only receive from my Lord, Christ Jesus. I believe that I may truly rise above all the difficulties of this life and run with patient endurance the race that is set before me, looking unto You, Lord Jesus, Who is my only source of strength, my only means of refreshment and my only hope worth not giving up.
