"Prayer to Care"

Category Archives: Ecclesiastes 3:1-22 NIV

A Time for Everything.
There is a time for everything,
And a season for every activity under the heavens:
A time to be born and a time to die,
A time to plant and a time to uproot,
A time to kill and a time to heal,
A time to tear down and a time to build,
A time to weep and a time to laugh,
A time to mourn and a time to dance,
A time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, A time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
A time to search and a time to give up,
A time to keep and a time to throw away,
A time to tear and a time to mend,
A time to be silent and a time to speak,
A time to love and a time to hate,
A time for war and a time for peace.
What do workers gain from their toil? I have seen the burden God has laid on the human race. He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end. I know that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to do good while they live. That each of them may eat and drink, and find satisfaction in all their toil—this is the gift of God. I know that everything God does will endure forever; nothing can be added to it and nothing taken from it. God does it so that people will fear him. Whatever is has already been, and what will be has been before; and God will call the past to account. And I saw something else under the sun: In the place of judgment—wickedness was there, in the place of justice—wickedness was there. I said to myself, “God will bring into judgment both the righteous and the wicked for there will be a time for every activity, a time to judge every deed.” I also said to myself, “As for humans, God tests them so that they may see that they are like the animals. Surely the fate of human beings is like that of the animals; the same fate awaits them both: As one dies, so dies the other. All have the same breath; humans have no advantage over animals. Everything is meaningless. All go to the same place; all come from dust, and to dust all return. Who knows if the human spirit rises upward and if the spirit of the animal goes down into the earth?” So I saw that there is nothing better for a person than to enjoy their work, because that is their lot. For who can bring them to see what will happen after them?

If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also. Hebrews 11:16

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory for this new day. I thank You and praise You for sending Jesus as the Light of the world. To bless everyone coming into the world with His presence in our hearts and love. I thank You and praise You that in Jesus is the light of the glorious gospel of grace that can never be quenched by the darkness of this world. I thank You and praise You that His Light has come into my life and enhanced my spirit and enlightened my soul. Open my eyes more and more to see Jesus and to grow more like Him. I am believing in greater understanding of all that You have achieved in my life, for without You I would remain in darkness and dead in my sin. I thank You and praise You for Your awesome salvation. I thank You, praise You and give You all the glory in Your Precious Name Lord Jesus Amen.

The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of deep darkness a light has dawned. You have enlarged the nation and increased their joy; they rejoice before you as people rejoice at the harvest, as warriors rejoice when dividing the plunder.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory for this new day. I praise You and stand amazed at the wonder of Who You are and that You should want to love me and rescue me from the wages of my sin and let me recognize this truth to me, through Your single, nondiscriminatory inspired message of Scripture. I want to study to be approved and not stand ashamed before Your throne of grace. I thank You and praise You for the message of Salvation and grace to all, that You sent through our Lord Jesus Christ as man, so that all Who believe on His name will not be condemned but have everlasting life. I will praise and sing of Your love forever. I thank You, praise You and give You all the glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

“Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;”

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory for this new day. I know it is hard to walk right as a child growing up. We are taught to do what is right. I know that is the hardest duty to walk right when others sway us away. I thank You and praise You that I can walk right and say no to those who try to move me in their direction. I believe I will never forget what a faithful God You are to Israel and all Your people, and may I develop a heart of humility and gratefulness for all the goodness and grace that has been extended to me. You have brought me through so much and I am still alive to do Your will. I believe that my heart would remain tender towards You and be filled with prayers of thanksgiving. I thank You and praise You that You are my first Father, friend and neighbor that I can rely on faithfully before all else. I thank You, praise You and give You all the honor, glory and victory for eternity in Your Precious Name Amen.

Yet he took note of their distress when he heard their cry; for their sake he remembered his covenant and out of his great love he relented.
Psalm 106:44-45

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory for this new day. I thank You and praise You for Your Word and the truths that it contains. I thank You and praise You for this example which contrasts the pure motive of one man with the deceptive actions of others, reminding us that God knows the thoughts and intents of the heart. I believe that the words of my mouth, the actions I do, and the inner motives of my mind, would always be acceptable to You. Open my eyes that I may see awesome things that Your Word will teach me all that You would have me to learn. I thank You and praise You for the gift of the indwelling Holy Spirit, Who has promised to guide us into all truth. Give me a teachable spirit, remove all traces of pride, and may I walk humbly before You, all the days of my life. I thank You, praise You and give You all the glory in Your Precious Name Amen.

However, when the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all truth. For He will not speak on His own, but He will speak what He hears, and He will declare to you what is to come. But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. John 16:13

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory for this new day. I thank You and praise You for Your Word of truth. Help me to read it with understanding and to learn all the lessons that You would teach me. I believe that I may live a godly life to Your praise, honor and glory as we look forward to that day when Israel will finally receive their promised times of refreshing and we will all worship together at Your feet Lord Jesus. I thank You and praise You that You are a gracious and loving God who turned the evil plans and purposes of the enemy into the greatest victory the world has ever known. You continue to this day letting victory reign in this sin stricken world. I thank You and praise You that You are my closest loving, caring and compassionate Father, Friend and neighbor. I thank You, praise You and give You all the glory Lord Jesus in Your Precious Name Amen.

“Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;”

“Jesus answered him, Sayest thou this thing of thyself, or did others tell it thee of me?” John 18:34

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory for this new day. I thank You and praise You that Jesus Christ came as King of the Jews to fulfil Your prophecy so that He could set up His kingdom on earth and restore to us the years that the locusts have eaten. I thank You and praise You that You sent Jesus in Your image. I thank You and praise You that Jesus came as Savior of the world, was ready to stand before Pilate, and endured the cross for my sins and love’s me. Lord, there are many like Pilate who know about Jesus, but do not know Him as their personal Savior. I believe that in Your grace Your Holy Spirit would convict many of sin, righteousness and judgement, and reveal the truth to them, so that they also know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior in His Precious Name Amen.
