"Prayer to Care"

Category Archives: Ecclesiastes 3:1-22 NIV

A Time for Everything.
There is a time for everything,
And a season for every activity under the heavens:
A time to be born and a time to die,
A time to plant and a time to uproot,
A time to kill and a time to heal,
A time to tear down and a time to build,
A time to weep and a time to laugh,
A time to mourn and a time to dance,
A time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, A time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
A time to search and a time to give up,
A time to keep and a time to throw away,
A time to tear and a time to mend,
A time to be silent and a time to speak,
A time to love and a time to hate,
A time for war and a time for peace.
What do workers gain from their toil? I have seen the burden God has laid on the human race. He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end. I know that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to do good while they live. That each of them may eat and drink, and find satisfaction in all their toil—this is the gift of God. I know that everything God does will endure forever; nothing can be added to it and nothing taken from it. God does it so that people will fear him. Whatever is has already been, and what will be has been before; and God will call the past to account. And I saw something else under the sun: In the place of judgment—wickedness was there, in the place of justice—wickedness was there. I said to myself, “God will bring into judgment both the righteous and the wicked for there will be a time for every activity, a time to judge every deed.” I also said to myself, “As for humans, God tests them so that they may see that they are like the animals. Surely the fate of human beings is like that of the animals; the same fate awaits them both: As one dies, so dies the other. All have the same breath; humans have no advantage over animals. Everything is meaningless. All go to the same place; all come from dust, and to dust all return. Who knows if the human spirit rises upward and if the spirit of the animal goes down into the earth?” So I saw that there is nothing better for a person than to enjoy their work, because that is their lot. For who can bring them to see what will happen after them?

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day. Father God, I praise your name, for you have showered me with blessings and healing too numerous to name or count. Thank you for others who prayed that didn’t even have to care about me. Thank you for hearing their prayers and mine for help. Thank you for my pleas for help, my pleas for forgiveness, my requests for solutions. Protect me from the troubles of this world, for you are my refuge. I thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory Lord Jesus. Amen.

I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad. O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together. I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed. This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him. Psalm 34:1-8

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day to be guided by you. Father God, Thank you despite painful circumstances in my family. I can trust you to hear and answer prayer in amazing ways. Help me to remain faithful in prayer. I thank you, praise and give You all the honor and glory Lord Jesus. Amen.

And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Hebrews 11:6

Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend. Whoso keepeth the fig tree shall eat the fruit thereof: so he that waiteth on his master shall be honoured.

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.
The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore. Psalm 121

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day. Thank you that you are patient with me. Guide me in your truth and walk with me this day. Father God, I am overwhelmed by your love for me, my family and my friends those you guide in my path. Thank you that each of us is special to you. Help me to treasure them for the precious jewels that they are, and use me to make a difference in their lives. I thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory Lord Jesus Amen.

And the LORD their God shall save them in that day as the flock of his people: for they shall be as the stones of a crown, lifted up as an ensign upon his land. For how great is his goodness, and how great is his beauty! corn shall make the young men cheerful, and new wine the maids.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day. Father God, we call out to you today in our distress. You are a God who rescues and restores us. We remember your past faithfulness and wait for your Salvation. Thank you for giving us Jesus, to be forgiven and redeemed back into a relationship with You. Deepen our relationship and understanding of this truth today. Thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory, in Jesus precious name. Amen.

I went down to the bottoms of the mountains; the earth with her bars was about me for ever: yet hast thou brought up my life from corruption, O LORD my God. When my soul fainted within me I remembered the LORD: and my prayer came in unto thee, into thine holy temple. They that observe lying vanities forsake their own mercy. But I will sacrifice unto thee with the voice of thanksgiving; I will pay that that I have vowed. Salvation is of the LORD.

Dear blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day. Father God, my Rock! You are the only foundation for my life. I need your strength, Your firm footing, in order to make it through all that life throws my way, good and bad, easy and difficult, happy and sad. Help me, Lord, to keep my eyes on what’s important, not the color of my floor! But the foundation of my soul, in Jesus name, I thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory Lord. Amen.

Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation. He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved. Psalm 62:1-2

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, good morning. I love you and thank you for this new day, a fresh start! Yesterday is gone, today is a new day to breathe. Please, please, Father God, don’t let me avoid looking at any stinky things bobbing beneath the waters of my soul. Give me the courage to consider whether I bring forth good things or evil things with my life. Give me a open mind to read your word and understand what you want to say to me right now. I pray I will see new opportunities to bring you honor in everything I do. Thank you, praise and give you all the honor and glory Lord Jesus. Amen.

A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh. And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say? Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like: He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock. Luke 6:45-48
