Jesus stretched out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be clean.” And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

Matthew 8:3 ESV

This moment reveals the heart of Jesus. He does not hesitate. He does not recoil. He reaches out and touches the one everyone else avoided. His words, “I am willing” speak not only to healing, but to belonging. The touch comes before the cleansing, reminding us that love is not withheld until we are whole.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, thank You and praise You for being willing. Your kingdom come Your will be done. Thank You for reaching toward us when we feel unclean, unseen, or unworthy. Touch the places in our lives that need Your healing hand. Restore what has been broken and remind us that Your compassion comes first. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Precious Name Amen.
